Strand has launched Live Messaging functionality to make servicing your premiums even easier.
Producers & CSR’s will be able to text in their query or use a live chat function to talk with Customer Service. Available in both English and Spanish during regular business hours (9am to 5pm EST M-F)
Look out for a text from Strand asking you to opt-in to this exciting new feature, which will go live soon.
